Hi Ann,
Great link and thanks for adding it...as so many members have IBS and regarding Vitamin D besides my small list i've mentioned to you i will be asking about.
There one issue i can't get my head around...my organs swell constantly but my waist line at the front between my ribs swells out bad and the lower part of my stomach does'nt.
Ann i know your not a doctor but you may have a rough idea. lol

Where that ladies top hand is by her ribs, it's the middle between my ribs that swells? and if it is my IBS why is'nt the bottom of my stomach swelling also, as this part only swells out when my organs swell (which is now at the moment).
Hi Ann,
As our saying goes your a BEAUTY mate...great reply on this comment you added and i've not read the link yet.
Does it make any sense to you that - when a contraction occurs in the part of your bowels located in the left lower part of your abdomen (sigmoid colon) it can push gas up into your transverse colon, causing pain and swelling underneath your ribs (very close to where the actual stomach is located)?
Well where you put pain and swelling underneath your ribs...if i eat any food that does'nt suite me or i start getting to full pain kicks in on my left side underneath my ribs and my god it is such a tight pain.
"Thanks so much for heping me and taking your time to look"
Ann,
It's also swelling with my organs through digested food and also fluid build up :)

Hi Ann,
I'm just having constant flares with my organs...my kidneys are well swelled out and causing stabbing pain, same goes for my liver with pain besides a pumping sensation off the tumour collecting blood which they've told me, then my lungs are murdering me with pain and ontop the swelling between my ribs which you pointed out maybe the problem....in general Ann the lots getting me down and when i try to eat i get pain kick off under my left hand side ribs, i have to stop eating because then it causes bile with the sjogrens and pain down my gullet with dryness.

You are very welcome Terri. I always like to know exactly what organ the pain is in. For some reason it helps me cope with it when I know exactly where it starts and to where it travels or is referred.
Ann,
Rickets in the UK have been about for years off and on but it's surposed to be terrible with what i've read about it :(

Hi Ann,
I get the bloat in the transverse colon up near the ribs and i have pain with it and i have spasms of the stomach but rarely does my main stomach swell only that area and when you touch it, it's sore behing the swelling.

Are you saying that when the lower part of your colon swells that also produces pain and bloat in the transverse colon up near the ribs?

Hello Ann,
After i spoke with you 2 days ago, when i got off the pc i phoned my doctors to check on blood tests done...my GP as covered all aspects going except my vitamin D,
So when i go on the 2nd may for another lung test i'll ask the doctor for a blood test to be run on it and i would'nt be surprised if i've not got it.
When i was 16 Ann i had to go and see a specialist i was so thin and people used to say i was as thin as a lamp post but i was very busty but my stomach sunk inwardly so just hip bones was showed if i put a skirt on and my ribs did stick out and they are like it now today and the specialist said for my age my body was'nt at the growth stage for a 16yr old but for someone younger.
Thanks for your opinion Ann as it does'nt matter how much we have involved it's like you say we find something new every day :)
