Thank you for posting! I always thought it was odd that my Vit d was low- living in FL! But I figured that it was a result of slathering myself with zink and limiting sun exposure- then my husband came up low- he doesn’t even use sunscreen!

My primary care stated that she believes that the microwave plastic movement (LOL) caused it, and my rheum believes that the test is possibly not as accurate as it needs to be.

However, true Vit. d Deficiency can certainly cause big problems- esp nerves…
