The past few days, I have been dizzy on and off and am pretty sure my sinuses are inflamed. Yesterday, I started with the sporadic feeling that I can't get a good deep breath and am getting that sweaty dripping wet stuff going on. This is ridiculous
Wow that is interesting. I don't have the achy problems but for me it is the sinuses, breathing and sweating. I probably have chronic pericarditis but since having the window, the odds of developing another effusion is low.
I’m sitting in rheumatologist waiting room dripping wet and winded. My husband is comfortable. If I pass our, I won’t have to wait. Lol. At least I am next door to the hospital. This

The snow drifts
Hi Roxy,
I share your desire to be running around in snow drifts. The sweating for no particular reason is annoying and embarrassing! My rheumy sort of dismissed it and asked that my regular doc run thyroid tests (which were normal). I think the rheumy didn’t believe it was related to the lupus. May be time for a new rheumy!
I’ll be interested in what yours has to say - after a few pretty good weeks I barely made it through the grocery store yesterday.
Nikki-sweating in the 70s
The rheumatologist didn’t associate breathing abs sweating with connective tissue disease but mad cell reaction. I am happy that the doctor saw how drenched I was
The rheumatologist said it could be a nervous system manifestation and hopefully plaquenil will end up helping

I'm really surprised with this mild summer, that I've been feeling just as bad if not worse... The changes in the temps, and especially the humidity have really hit me hard. The barometric pressure really affects my sinuses, and on Friday I felt dizzy and almost like I was going to pass out at work. I've been taking Claritin D for the pressure and it seems to help now..
