I have these black & blue rashes on my arms & legs they fade after a while leaving brown blotches all over, I’ve asked my primary doc and rhuemy what was causing this. No one seems to know what it is or the cause of the marks. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there @Reniac! That’s certainly an interesting question. Neither one of them wanted to send you to anyone else, such as a dermatologist? If you can do this with your insurance, it’s something to consider.
Hi Reniac. I had the same thing but they were more like purple splotches. They did turn into brown marks. I was told it was due to steroids.
I Googled steroid bruises. From the photos I get those bruises as well. Until this post I never knew where they come from.
I’m glad to know I’m not the only one with these blotches!
