The life after pain site sells a trigger point program - which i am not trying to get anyone to buy. But sometimes it also has some interesting information on reducing chronic pain and since I am fascinated by vitamin D, I found the question interesting. Are you getting enough vitamin D to stop muscle pain. I don't know if the article reminds people that there are special populations who need more than the general population.
