Has anyone ever had bad upper arm pain that gets worse at night. I cant even lay on my arms. And come morning i cant hardly move my arms till the stiffness leaves.
Yep mine came from bad shoulders
I get t all the time and it does seem worse lately, my pain goes all the way down into my hands and does wake me up all tingly if anybody has any ideas on what we can do I would appreciate it too.
