Sharing "Movement" Goals

Way to go Ann!!! I need to make a commitment to move like you...I commit to getting outside this weekend as it is suppose to be beautiful and take a walk and do some gardening. You are an inspiration!

When training for a half marathon several years ago (pre-lupus) I met a friend nightly at the gym and the LLS team on Saturday's at 5:30 am. Amazing how dedicated I could be then. Just with my 4 year old and working full-time, it seems all my down time is taken up with trying to keep the house in order (not always achieved - lol), food in the pantry and resting from my crazy life. I think a class when she gets a bit older will definitely be in order...peer pressure and putting money where my mouth is always helps my success. Thanks Ann!!

Today was my second day at the gym. I managed to do 30 mins of cardio and some core exercises.

I'm jealous, all this exersizing. I went food shopping and stopped for gas. That was my exercise for the

day. Keep up the good ork girls.

Goal today is to make it to water aerobics at the Y!

Cindy, for a lot of us that IS the exercise. Pat yourself on the back! To all those who are going to swim classes, gym, etc Yippee! I am on my home bike as tolerated which can be 5 minutes or a little more right now. Much better then the 2 minutes a few months ago. We all have to set our pace and then try to push some more. We are each others inspiration!

My goal today was run to the store with my son was 2 loads of cloths and watch the grandkids after school till their mom picks them up for the weekend all i like isgrandkids
