I have them every now and again! They suck but i can deal with them easy... salt water orolgel... calendula tea
oh yeah...i know that feeling...it seems that Lupus just morphs into one thing after another. I do get mouth sores but they don't always last too long. Do you have meds to put on them while they heal?
