My doctor as me in every year before xmas for the flu jab...so when this as gone i'll ask before he sends a reminder with my prescription...i'm resting and wrapped up well thanks mate.
The weather will make you see the change and i do feel for you because it's freezing here already and it's driving my raynauds mad and my joints but this year for us concerning heat as been bad constant rain nearly all year.

I plugged in my little heater here at my home office this morning just to take the chill off. It's not bad yet - still gets up in the 60's but mornings are cold. We've gotten down to 30 already. We're in for a cold snap Friday - high of only 45 - sounds like an inside day with a fire going!

I usually have it in november and i live in the UK.
I don't blame you plugging the heater in at work you need to keep warm...we're not even touching that heat it's 40s here and mornings are even colder.

I've been told that it is a totally different feeling after being in alot of PAIN .. It must feel good after you can get pass having someone pushing and pulling and massaging the area of the PAIN ... AH!!!! just the thought of it makes me want one now , but am in a little pain in my hips and don't think i would be able to bare that process, for the relief ... keep doing what your doing if it is working ... I used to have it mate before i found out about the lupus and my god it does wonders and it's according to how the person is who's doing it with the pressure they put on you.

Yes. That is exactly what happened. If you can get past the day after (drink a LOT of water), then it is totally worth it. I haven’t had to use as many pain pills these past few days!

Sorry you was in pain the next day but it can hurt you...i have a friend online who as massage for her shoulders and she doubled the next day and she goes monthly for it but she always says after several days she suffers nothing for a good several weeks then pain starts more when she's due again.
I am pleased your feeling better today and i hope next time it relieves you even better.

Nice to hear off you and also the massage as helped you in a great way...i think it's great as i used to have them but to be relieved of pain just for several hours never mind days is a bonus for we all.

Many insurance companies do cover it now...mine does, and so does my partner's insurance. My mom's did as well.

Well if i wanted it again...they do all this in my doctor's private... foot massages etc all at different prices but for a body massage it's £25 in UK money.
