Laughter please!

it's a bad day when I don't get a good laugh out!

Some people enjoy to read(i do).,

Some people enjoy sex(i do too)

but we have to have eat and drink to survive... and WITH LUPUS.....

I need LAUGHTER!!!!!!

*yes i have joined the LAUGHTER group already* love it.

:)

Laughter is the best! My brother is comic relief for the whole family. Tonight he and I made brownies and it was hilarious. For the time we were baking and laughing, I forgot how much I'm hurting today. Just don't ever leave him in the kitchen unsupervised!

i llove it!!! yesss!! thats wonderful.

i truly feel the little endorfens (spelling) going thru my body when I laugh....slowing down damage...

Ah I agree with you all. We need more laughter in our lives. I am usually the comic relief in a group. All I do is tell them about another me moment. With our brain fogs we can do some pretty funny stuff.

Today after taking the dog out and we came back in. I had my sunglasses on and I always take them off as soon as I walk into the bedroom, because the room is dark. After looking for them for 4 hours off and on. I found under my bed covers. The covers were turned back but not that far. How did they get there,,,, no clue. But I always laugh about it because it is so odd and who would of looked their for the glasses.

Today I went out to eat with a male friend. Before we left I took a pain pill and was going to tell him to drive. By the time I went downstairs to meet him, I totally forgot to mention that he drives. We get in my car I drive one block and said 'OH NO! then I told him I took a pain pill and I am not supposed to drive after taking the pill. He kindly took over the driving then. He also said that from now on he will drive us to where ever we a going. Our brain fog moments can be funny at times

I'm blocking on the man's name and his book title, but some years ago a man laughed himself well from an incurable disease. There is no doubt of the beneficial effects of laughter on pain. I've heard it described as exercise for the inside of your body.

Thanks for your great input!

LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!! @ SLEEPY

that does sound FUNNY... only someone with LUPUS will get that and can laugh.

NOT funny to the outsi world. LOL!

I love this. The place within me called "hope" just laughed at this... not in rejection... but in LOve.

You never know what we are able to do....

I believe his name was Norman Cousins. Keep finding the humor in things.

Hello, laughter is good Always!!! It makes me feel and forget what is not going on! It also help to relax a lot better than anything . Sometime sitting around people help -thinking about when I would do some crazy stuff , that I see others do-man that can be so funny to me , even though I laugh by myself-ha!ha! But anyway keep on laughing it is good for us …Beverly L.
