it s been a while since I’ve gotten on the site. Lots of life changes (new grandson)
This heat is horrible my body does not like it at all! I’ve had a lot of swelling in my hands and feet. My 1st knuckles on a few fingers hurt so bad I can’t even touch them. I have been having about 2 good days a week so that’s a plus. I don’t care for my new Rhuemy so going for 2 nd opinion next week. It’s like starting all over explaining your problems again ugh that’s way to much energy.
Congrats on your new grandson, such exciting news. Finding a doc you like and trust is important so the extra time and energy it takes is worth it in the end. Good luck and tons of hugs.

The heat has caused me a lot of pain too. I often have swelling in my hands and feet, and my doctor even increased my dose of prednisone because my hands have been so swollen I can barely move them without being in excruciating pain. I hope things work out well with your rheumatologist!
