There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be, that's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
There are times when people disappoint you and let you down, but those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself and all that you are capable of.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.
Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you.
It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are,
so when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be, because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
Keep believing in yourself.

Like myself this morning getting up going into the kitchen going dizzy and falling backwards and hitting my head on the cupboard door.
I am sorry to hear your knee's still playing up and for the pain to be lodging in your elbow which happens till it moves to another place...it sounds to me like you've got a painful flare going on there...you need to see someone for the inflamation.
I just started a trial research study to try to see if we can find better meds out there that might not only help us for Lupus but eventually people like our/my grandchildren. I'm just praying in the middle of trying to help I don't get sick & can't help myself or my own kids. If I could just get some Lupus prayer buddies out there that would be real nice<3
Linda your welcome anytime but i'd see someone about some stronger meds to help you and especially how you work hard besides, as you can only do so much mate.
I hope the research trial goes well for you and i'm praying that your health keeps fine while doing it.
Love Terri xxx
