so, I had my tubes tied almost 2 years ago, found out I had lupus about a month ago, has anyone else had a problem with mother nature showing up every 2 weeks? my ob was giving me meds for the problem but they don't help anymore. clots, craps, you name it. is it from the lupus or is it from getting my tubes tied. last time this happened, my ob said I had a miscarriage, because I am double jointed as well and had my tubes tied you can still get pregnant. just wondering. and I know I am not pregnant, blood test last weeks and week before that.
Chelae, I don’t know what could be causing it but u never had any bleeding when I had my tubes tied. I did have problems like that when changing meds one time. Hope you get some answers and it gets better soon because it is miserable.
I had a similar problem a couple of years after having my tubes tied. I had heavy bleeding, clotting and cramps for 11 solid months. My OB did a pap smear and biopsy to rule out cancer and put me on "the pill" for 6 months to regulate me. Tests all came back fine, and I haven't had any trouble since. That was 14 or 15 years ago. I was told, after my tests came back normal, that it was a hormone imbalance. Good luck. I hope they find some way to help you, quickly.
I know my doctor just tested for thyroid problems and it all came back fine. it think I will call my ob today or my family doctor and talk to the nurse about it to see if may be they can give me something this is crazy
I have not had my tubes and bleed for two weeks with clots. May be worth getting my thyroid checked, thanks!
