I have had a rash on my hands since February. I wear long sleeves and always wear sunscreen so so far only hands affected I guess I may have to wear gloves. I also get malar rash that feels like fire deep within but not hot to touch. Prednisone is the only thing that clears my rash. And it doesn’t even completely clear it.

Amber that looks painful! Does it itch? I actually started getting a prickly heat rash when I was 16. I remember because I was on a vacation in Fl. when it happened, ruined my vacation! Since then I get it every year (or did, when I use to tan) just at the beginning of tanning season. I am not tanning anymore, but I do get a red face and chest when I am in the sun too long and the last two years I got a bumpy rash on the inside of my arms. I attached a picture. I have always had sensitive skin, eczema and have been prone to hives. I pray it is not because of autoimmune stuff because my children have it as well. I would hate to think I passed something like this on to them
