DR said I had polycolonial gammapathy, and now I have to go see an oncologist :'( Iguess its a sign of lymphoma.... Can this be over please?
Never heard of that, but a lot of times oncologists are also hematologists too. From what I gather from Google, you just have a lot of gamma globulins (antibody proteins) in your blood. It occurs in many diseases, especially autoimmune. So maybe you're going to one of those hematology/oncology doctors for more the hematology aspects to see why you have weird levels of stuff in your blood. Praying for you.

I have enlarged blood cells and too many red blood cells. I too had to go to a hematology/oncology Dr. I had a bone marrow biopsy and dna testing, but nothing conclusive was found. The Dr said it may be a sign of something to come, like Lukemia. So now I go every 3 months for more blood testing (except I am now without insurance so cannot get anything done for a while). It takes patience, and staying calm. You have enough to deal with without barrowing more trouble. Prayers are flying your way...stay calm. :)
I have the enlarged RBC’s as well but not seeing a Hemotolgist. I’ve had this for many years. My rheumy doesn’t seem too concerned and said many times its due to the autoimmune disorder. I am also B-12 anemic which is a weird combination. I will say a prayer for you. Please keep us posted! -Hugs Tina

An increase in B lymphocytes. You've been referred to an Oncologist for a cause, hope all is well.
