Another place i get rashes. This was due to being outside for a minute to grab something out of my truck!

Is the back rash painful? Is it irritated by your clothes? Does it feel like it's burning sometimes? That's how mine is now and it kind of looks like yours. I'm 2 yrs. in undiagnosed, but this is the worst rash I've had. Thanks. Karla
Hi karla! No the rashes r not painful! sometimes if i go out side in the sun though it will feel like its burning a little , it just seems to irritate it bad. My clothes do not bother it either! I sorta found out pretty fast about my having lupus. I woke up in the middle of the night one night an it literally felt like i had like riggamortus set in. i know that sounds kinda odd the way i descibe it but thats the only thing i cold think of that would cause a body that stiff . It took everything inhad to stretch my body back out. It scarrd me very bad. I went to the dr the next day. I descibed it to her an she noticed some rashes on me that had just came out. She ask me about my family history . then she said have u ever heard of lupus. And i had but really didnt know what it was! She tested me right away. A couple days later she gave me a call herself telling me i needed to come in were we could talk about my results. Sure enough i had it. Since then ,which has been about 10 months ago i have had more an more symptoms. Looking back though the past few years there were symptoms there but never all at once so i never really thought much of em. I always chalked everything up to as being stress. Stress is making me loose my hair. Depression is making me feel like i cant get up out of bed EVER. I had developed a rash on both my arms an i thought i had a reaction to some cleaning items. But now im having all the symptoms all together.Have u had a positive ANA r anything ? i finally have an appointment with my rhuematologist on the 24th. But its 3 hours away in new orleans. Dont know how im gonna work out getting there all the time! but i hope they will be able to get me on some meds soon because i cant go much longer living like this. i am misurable. Ive been waiting like 9 months for this appointment ! What kind of symptoms do u have?
