I've felt the same way, cold sweets, feeling feverish but no fever, you don't have to carry a fever to be sick. Below is a great site that should answer a lot of your questions about
Lupus. Get Better Soon
Hello Susan,
The site is very informative regarding Lupus and what comes with it as we all suffer so many issues and we do support one another well which counts a great deal.
If you need to know anything or are suffering with something don't hesitate on doing a discussion or blog whichever you think best.

I have had a lot of blood work done including my thyroid. All my blood tests came back normal except all the labs that indicated that I have lupus. I feel like everyday something new happens or I develop another symptom. I'm always wondering if its lupus or something else that I should concern my doctors with. I'm do burnt out from basically living at the doctors office. This morning for example, my left shoulder, arm, and then leg all went weak then I passed out. I am debating on saying anything until my next appointment bc it may just be another lupus symptom. I'm overwhelmed and lost I guess.
Hi Jennifer,
I've added a discussion today and Fever is included and i thought this info maybe helpful besides the link i added :)
FEVER
The average human body temperature is around 98.5°F, but many people run just above or below that mark. A temperature of 101°F is generally accepted as a fever. Many people with lupus experience reoccurring, low-grade temperatures that do not reach 101°. Such low-grade temperatures may signal oncoming illness or an approaching lupus flare. Fever can also signal inflammation or infection, so it is important to be aware of the patterns of your body and notify your physician of anything unusual.
Hello angelwing,
I pleased the article helped and besides these autoimmune diseases being linked with Lupus they are also linked with fibro...as Lupus and fibro are indentical in symptoms.
I've got raynauds besides Osteoarthritis (cervical spondylosis) you need to ask your rheumo what kind of osteoarthritis you have...the link below is about osteoarthritis and it's types.

Thanks tez! That article was great. The symptoms were spot on with me, every one of them! I just went to my Rheumy yesterday and she did say that it was definitely a connective tissue disease that I have, along with Raynaud's and osteoarthritis in most of my joints. I asked her if that meant I had Lupus or not and she said that most likely it's Lupus but she hated to put a definitive label to it yet as a lot of the connective tissue diseases are so similar with the symptoms. I go back in 4 months for more tests. In the meantime I will be taking 90mg of Procardia and 200mg of Plaquernil (sp) along with baby aspirin for the Raynauds. So I guess I'm officially a member of the family here. Although I really didn't want this diagnosis at least I know it's not all in my head. I've had the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia for 20 years now but there were just too much going on that didn't fit with it. It doesn't ease the pain any but still glad to know what's going on with me. I go in next week and have TMJ surgery and will have to have my mouth wired shut for 2 weeks then have bands in my mouth for another 8 weeks. I'm enjoying real food while I can! LOL I would love to chat with anyone who has had that done to maybe get some pointers.

Jennifer,
Your symptoms is what made me actually go to the doctor years ago to only find out I had lupus. I realized something was so wrong when each morning I woke up and couldn't even lift my head off the pillow because of my flu-like symptoms. As soon as my doctor found some meds that started helping me the symptoms gradually went away. I always know that if I let myself get too tired I can get myself right back in the same place.
I am 53 and also went through terrible hot flashes about two years ago and I kept blaming my sweating on my lupus but I did see my gynecologist and she put me on Pempro and it was a miracle cure for me.
Most important if these symptoms continue please see your doctor so you know what direction you need to go to get rid of your symptoms. I sure hope you feel better very soon.
Take care,
I AM THRILLED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS THIS SYMPTOM. I can be in 65 degree weather and I just drip sweat. I have a fan in every room just to stand by because they occur so frequently. I change clothes several times a day. When I am on prednisone it gets much worse. But I truly experience it constantly and it can be very uncomfortable. it is one of the worst symptoms for me because it is so constant.
Thanks Tez, I was diagnosed with Raynauds as well as osteoarthritis in most of my joints and back and a "connective tissue disorder" which she is pretty sure is Lupus but won't give it that name just yet. LOL With my symptoms though I'm pretty sure that's what it is. She's still running tests so who knows.
