Fatigue and nausea?

Does anyone else get a nauseous feeling when they're really fatigued? I do, and sometimes it's so bad I feel like I have to throw up! I hate it, ugh.

Hello Lark,

Don't mention it mate.... those are major issues with such a large majority of us all daily.

I do know the nausea makes me go into like a panic at times and i sweat with it but when it gets to bad it makes me actually reach, they're terrible issues and fatigue it's like everything is to much trouble.

I really feel for you Lark and i hope it eases a little for you.

Dear Lark,

So sorry you have to go through this. Pain and fatigue, either or both can affect me this way too. I take Phenergan which helps, but makes me even more tired, I was introduced to wrist bands at the hospital for nausea. It does help a bit, and even helps the grandson with motion sickness. However, because I also have Raynaud's the tight bands on my wrists is not a good idea for long periods.

My grandmother always kept essence of peppermint in the cupboard, when we felt nauseas, she mixed a drop or two with water and a wee bit of sugar. Of course not sure if this would aggravate any other med, so may want to check with Doc.

Hope this is a help to you. I hope you can find a way...

Wishing you WELL,

SK

Ugh, isn't it just terrible? But thank you for your kind words! Hope you're having a good day. :)

Thanks so much for the advice! I'll look into the medicine, wrist bands and peppermint. Hope you're feeling good today!

How you feeling now since you added the thread as the fatigue eased a little because we do have our odd days not very often but we do.
