Hello Deenie,
I am pleased your ankles abit better today and just try and take it easy with it each day as to much pressure will make it swell again because where it affects the ankle by the Tiba bone...that's the most important bone to the ankle.

Terri. Thanks for the well wishes! My ankle is doing well. The swelling is down now for several days and I see the ortho on the 5th. I am sure he will be happy with how it is going. I will let you know!

Oh i am pleased Deenie it's mainly stopping down and i've noticed alot of appointments are running this month for certain members.
Well i am pleased for you and i hope the appointment goes well...i feel sorry for the girl who's got to have an operation on Gonzalo's thread..have you checked the video.
