Temperature deregulation

Has anyone tried cooling scarfs? They look like they may come in handy when I break out into a crazy sweat at work. It is not
Very professional to walk around looking like my hair is plastered to my head

They are great. There are a couple of different kinds. One is more like a shamois and comes in various colors. There is another type that is a skinny sort of scarf with gel beads in the middle part. You wet it. I put mine in the fridge or a cooler to re cool after a while. That type u tie around your neck. Found mine at Dicks sporting goods.

!!! I want one!!! Googling now!!

I’ve had one for a month. I LOVE IT!!!

Great idea, thanks!

Has anyone uses this kind?

I like the idea that there is a removable ice pack that could be kept in the freezer at work and the scarf in my desk. When I get that out of the blue sweating fit I can go to the freezer, grab my gel pack, put it in the scarf and in two minutes I am good to go

I just tried the new “Ultracool” brand scarf and it does work. You just wet it and snap it and it supposed to stay cool for 12 hrs. I would not go that far! It does not feel cool if you take it off and try patting head, but does stay cool around neck. They also make headbands and beanies! Good luck!

I sweat constantly and yes they do work. Do u believe the sweating is caused from the lupus?

This sounds amazing! Definitely looking into one!
