My mother-in-law is having a issue with her skin feeling sticky and anytime skin touches skin like when she sleeps she has to pull it apart and it is painful and leaves bruises. She has has “Lupus Like” symptoms for many years but never the blood work to back up a diagnosis! She and I have been doing research on line and so far haven’t found any answers for this “sticky skin” issue. Has anyone heard of this before and if so is it related to Lupus or something else entirely? Thanks for your help!!!

I've notice an increase in my skin's dryness, but I don't think I've heard of sticky skin... doesn't mean it's not a Lupus symptom, though... this disease is crazy!
