Thank you for mentioning your face as well... I hadn't put the connection together. I get them on my head and thought figured they were just part of "stress" and now that you mentioned your face, I noticed I do have pimple break outs on my face right now too.
I can't help but mess with them as well, they will scab and I will continue and they will end up bleeding. But normally they do just go away on their own. They are annoying and I'm grateful for this site and community!

I get them too. I have been diagnosed with lupus sle. My face gets pretty wonky at the same time usually.
