Shoes for plantar fasciitis

Like many, I have Plantar Fasciitis. Going for a walk with pure torture! I'd have swollen and burning feet with heels that hurt so much. Not to mention my lower back was in constant pain since I was walking out of alignment. I'm sure many can understand what I'm talking about. Without trying to sound like an infomercial, I just found the greatest walking shoe! It's the Orthaheel Women's Walker. You can find it on amazon.com or from the company I bought it from: footsmart.com

Along with my birkenstock mule shoes I bought 13 years ago, these are the only ones I can wear without any foot pain or lower back pain. If you're in the market, check them out. They are worth the money!

I like the Brooks Ariel walking/running shoe. It is ll I where and I am fine with the plantar’s fasciitis. I do have a pair of the orthaheel slippers.

i know this sounds crazy but flip flops (the good ones) like Nike have the comfort sole, you feet just melt in those, i have two pair one for outside and one for going out, also, merrill slep in with closed toe really do good for me, little sweaty feet in the summer so i wear them mostly fall without socks and winter with socks, you will see a lot of nurses wearing these, and then of course i have a pair of the suede new balance for some reason are good on me, these are the shoes i wear and i have 50 pair in the closet, i know its time to clean house but i just dont feel like it,

I've read that New Balance are the best shoes for plantar fasciitis.

I loooove my Danskos. I get them at the outlet so they're not nearly as expensive, but they really keep my feet comfortable and my knees don't get tired and achy like they do when I'm on my feet a lot. I have bad knees from when I danced.

Terox are like marshmallows on my feet!

I wear Merrels because they are the only thing I can wear since I broke and had surgery on my ankle. But lately I have developed plantar fasciitis. (I am in health care and am on my feet 9 hours a day. Not good for lupus or feet but gotta pay the bills!) I just started using Dr Schol’s Pro Heel pain relief. They are amazing! I highly recommend.
