I am having flares about every month. I get a steroid shot and I am good for three weeks then the pain in my joints begin again. Any advice about this roller coaster would be appreciated.
When do you see your rheumy again sounds like your meds need to be reviewed

Same for me poags25! Steroids helped but she took me off due to bleeding issues. Plaquinel helps but not always.
Ifeel your pain.... I have never been on prednisone but hate the feeling of malaise I constantly have... I thought maybe my meds were making me feel worst. but I think im constantly flaring as my joints hurt for days and the fatigue is outrageous.... thoughts/advice etc... the only thing helping this week was advil which im not supposed to take due to my clotting issues and the meds I take for that..
