Hi Tez, stay warm? , here for the last couple of days has been painful for me !! My hands and HIPS feel as though i jumpped onto the expressway and every car ran over me - smile !!! I have to laugh about this PAIN stuff because it makes me want to cry and am not going to let this LUPUS stuff by nomeans think it is getting the BEST of me , so LAUGHING helps me and along with the CRAZIE jokes to make me laugh . My aunt T always asking how am doing?( i think only to see what kind of joke am going to say) - she makes my day exspecially if i had a bad one of PAIN .talk with you later -take care and try to stay away from PAIN.... Well Bevrly i'm recovering from a cold that hit my chest and lungs bad...it's slowly moving but my right lung aches a fare bit, my legs with pain do ache besides cracking of my toes and ankles but i'll find out on the 30th of this month what's going on as the rheumo took x-rays last time.
I know as much as you that LWL is a brilliant site besides the members with it and you've all come dear to me.

I'm trying to keep warm as much as possible but when your thin like myself, thermals the lot just don't seem good enough and my raynauds is murder ontop.
The cold weather does murder our joints mate and until recently with the sjogren's drying my eyes out i used to find a good cry used to release the stress out because we can only take so much and you holding your emotions to cry will make you feel worse mentally even though we can't afford to give into the disease....so CRY AWAY mate and release the pressure.
Well when you've cryed go back to throwing the jokes mate we all handle Lupus in different way.

Hi there Tez, yes the cold weather is MURDER on my joints and my hands are cramping soooooooooooooo bad . But it's okay - because the heating pad is my friend . Am doing okay so far and the weather suppose to get in the 70's later this week , i willl be okay then . Hope that you are doing okay and pain free also , talk with you later ... Beverly L.

Sorry to hear the colds murdering you mate but it sounds like your keeping your heat bad close.lol
Drop that's 70s weather here...our temps are really low now the gritters are getting prepared, i have the heatng on but it makes no difference but i have noticed Beverly each year that goes by my raynauds gets worse.
Keep well wrapped where your joints are concerned and i hope that bit of warmer weather helps you.
