If anyone knows of a good doctor in the Houston Area it would be appreciated. I am looking for a doctor that will actually listen to me, talk to me and be able to get me in when I am having a flare not wait a month to get in. By then hopefully my flare is over. Thanks.
Hi cammie,
I'm adding some links for you on top rheumo's in Houston, members have found the links very helpful and all the best in finding a good one...the 4th link is worth saving as it covers all specialists :)

Thanks so much. I found lots of doctors the problem is who is good out of the lot. I will check out these sites. Thanks so much.
I have one more question.....when I call the office of the doctor, what kind of questions do I ask? I want to make sure they have a fully equipped facility exactly should I ask? I'm so new to this, I really want to find the right doctor.

Cammie ihope you've found a doctor i'm not sure what you do in the US but here in the UK you just turn up for your appointment and discuss issues when you go in but finding one over the phone is a different matter altogether.
I found this list on 21 things to know regarding a new rheumo and the 2nd links for when you first see them also.
