I just wanted to share a little chuckle with you. Story begins when I mention to my rheumy that I kept having problems with my legs and feet tingling and falling asleep. He sent me to a cardiologist to have them test the circulation throughout my legs and feet. So here I am in the cardio office and the tests come back all good. Then the dr and his assistant start discussing possible causes of my problem. They arrive at the conclusion that it is being caused by my methotrexate and folic acid combo. They give me a letter to take back to my rheumy stating just that. My rheumy read the letter than started laughing. He said that they give methotrexate to TREAT what I have and that my cardio dr should just stick to being a cardiologist and stop trying to do his job. I had to laugh with him. Just kind of made my day to know that my rheumy knows what he's doing.
