Now that's an hard question if i've heard one...even though my disability is limited and just have my hubby my enjoyment is my Gold...always loved it so come any occassion he has no worries.
It's all down to what the person enjoys mainly like i've mentioned and if you know what it is then your well away in getting a gift.

A great gift would be a personal gift that doesn't focus on the lupus. Think of your friend's likes and concentrate on that. Hope that helps : ) Trisha

I quite agree in what you've said as i've stated it myself but in a different way plus it's upt how much mary want to pay besides, as we all have limitations.

If you know what symptoms they have, then maybe something to alleviate them. For me an electric blanket, gift certificate for a massage, cooling eye patches for when your eyes hurt. Hand or foot warmers for the winter cold. For me that would make me feel like my friend really listened to me and cared.
