Well it’s Friday and I been home from work sick since Thursday. My immune system just isn’t like it used to be! But I wanted to wish everyone a great weekend!!!

I hope you feel better soon Kim, my immune system is really low. It seems like if someone sneezes anywhere around me, then I am sick for ever. Take care my friend :)

Thank you. It means so much to me to be connecting with people who truly understands what exactly I am going through. A lot of my family and friends just do not get it! Thank u for the well wishes and the wishes for a good weekend. I hope you had a great one as well

Connecting with people who understand is the best possible way of finding love and hope...alot of family besides friends choose to ignore it because to them you look ok, unless your really close.
My sister was diagnosed with Lupus and ignores it and i never hear from her...so i think that says it all, it's bad really when you'd love to connect with those closest to you.

I take a Acidophilus to help with my immune system. I also take Boswellia for inflammation.. (doctor knows everything that I swollow) I don't want Prednisone anymore so I take Boswellia and it also comes in a cream form. My Father also takes it and it has helped with his knees. My Rheumy put me on Calcium Citrate and Vitamin E. I hope this helps, but always check with your doctor before starting any over the counter meds.
Kim, I don't want to come across that I take everything to boost my immune system.. I do know that you are not suppose to boost, cause the immune system is what fights itself. I truly hope you are feeling better... just remember lots of rest will help also..
