Has anyone had experience with neutropenia?

Hi Everyone

I trust you are as well as can be…

I have Erythromelalgia, Chronic Venous Insufficiency and Lyme Disease (borreliosis) with Associated Co-infections (babesia, bartonella and ehrilchia).

My recent blood test showed that my White Blood Cell count had tanked and I have neutropenia. This likely is caused by babesia and / or the medications I am on, and or another virus.

Just wondering if any of you have experienced neutropenia and any advice you have.

I was recently hospitalized for severe neutropenia. My WBC count was down to .4%, which is apparently not good (who knew??). They gave me three doses of pulse steroids to get me back on track. While it was an issue they made everyone around me wear masks, which sounds extreme but was apparently necessary. Good luck!
