Drink water, more water

I have been told by well meaning Drs. To drink a lot of water. Water is important. I have had issues with electrolytes being low. My daughter is 36 and she drinks 80 to 100 ozs of water a day . Her blood work shows slightly low in salt. Her Dr suggested to add Gatorade to her fluids. I have just began drinking coffee. This is helping my energy level. Possibly it is important to vary our fluids. Any ideas?

I imagine there are different guidelines for each of us, Flower. I definitely enjoy my coffee, though. I don't know if it is good for my health, but it's good for my soul... :)
