Anyone have any advice or guidance on traveling long distances with severe joint issues with lupus. I have to fly almost 9 hrs direct flight to Germany and then I will have a 6 hr time change to adjust to. Anyone dealt with that or have any advice. I am going on a 6 day round of steroids to boost me cause the lupus has been kicking my butt. I am coming down from a very bad flare that put me in high heart and kidney risk levels. So I am a little anxious. Any advice is appreciated.
