Skin feels like I have a sun burn or buresd but I have niether. It’s painful and hard to tell my boyfriend not to touch me. 
I hopened it goes away before my kids come home.
Hi, Beck. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this type of pain. If it’s what I think it is, I believe it’s called Allodynia. It is nerve-related. Mine sort of comes and goes and cold baths help calm it. If it’s a new symptom for you, it’s always good to check-in with your doctor and let them know. I hope it passed and you were able to enjoy your evening.
