Does anyone one have the pinched look underneath there eyes when they are in a flare,mine do,and puffy,it goes once ive recharched,just wondering if anyone has it.

Me again mate.lol...i get the puffyness under my eyes and it comes with sinusitis from your sinuses and also connected with TMJ Disease...it's actually a form of fluid underneath the eye.
I also get this besides with sjogren's syndrome..that disease is one hell of a nightmare.
With Lupus in general...it's fluid retention and can cause swelling of the eyelids, it may also be realted to your vasculitis...so i'd check with your specialist when you next go.

Just bring the lot us mate, i mean the sjogren's causes me puffy eyes, black eyes, broken blood vessels to the eyes the lots a nightmare.
