I have been on prednisone for a month now and am now experiencing elevated pulse up to 120 resting. Anyone else deal with this? Should I be concerned? BP also up slightly but not dangerously high.
Probablyshould mention to your doctor. Prednisonecan increase pulse and BP but so can a lot of other medical problems.
Last time I was on prednisone, that happened and my doctor told me to stop taking it. Definitely mention it to your doctor.
I agree, put in a call to the good old doctor. You may need to taper off for a while, or be at a lower dosage.
Me on prednisone, mean as a rattlesnake and twice as ugly. My husband is a very smart man, throws chocolate at me and runs.

I get that my pulse is rarely under 100… Don’t know what’s causing it but I am on prednisone too
