Here are 3 links that can help everyone how to learn things she talks about in her video on chronic pain....one a video game that makes it extremely easy to just do very simple things but gets you moving out of bed again. Even people who are terminal have had excellent sucess.

it will teach you so much well...it is constantly bring in any new pain information as well as other health issues. Do not get overwhelmed just read one article at a time...let it sink it etc. They also have people there who have books/CDs on teaching mindfulness meditation...that is kind which really helps your entire body not only relax but heal.

I am kind person who much rather read than watch a video but i did enjoy yours....i just now am giving places for them and myself to find out how to meditate etc..do all things that can help reduce pain and make us healthier ...emotionally as well as physically!
