Hello!!! Take deep breath for a moment! Yes things can get over whelming at times and seem like it is one thing after another-BUT only if you ALLOW IT!!! You have to remember I am sick also, even through they maybe a bite sicker than yourself, you have to find the time for YOU. It will be hard to do at times but carrying stress is not good at all with Lupus!! Make with other family members to share those times when you just can’t take the moment to be there. Talking with family is hard to do at times and they may seem to think that you are able to handle what is going on, but YOU , have to be the one to say I really need some more HELP !!! Don’t over work yourself-Lupus flares in different ways and cause alot of PAIN when it strike. So try to let others help you and your brother out -it will just fine! My prayers go out to you and your family . Hope this help in some way, and we are here if you need to talk…Beverly L.

wow.. ... the stress in life really does a number on our body physically. So the fact thaat your in a good place physically says A LOT!!! usually my body goes into immediate overdrive... pain.. chess tightening... throbbing all over. But it's good that its mental. Becuase you alerady have the upper hand.

Techniques.

I lik you, read my bible to be reminded of Gods promises and His strength. I am not reminded anywhere else of just HOW big God is. So keep your faith. and know that in every circumstance- you are NOT alone. The strength you do have comes from Him. So that always makes me smile.

I really feel when my "chi" is outta line... thats when my mental breaks down.

I beleive in quiet meditation. Aline your mind with your ALREADY strong spirit. and strong body.

Connect the 3. When they are connected, you wont feel so easily moved or overwhelmementally. Which causes our depression.

Now that I have told you all of that. I need to go and center my energy, and connect my spirit, mind and body. Its always easier said than done. But when it's done... It feels SOOOO good. And I am sooooo happy. and Grateful. Wishin you joyFULL days.
