Lupus and Breast Cancer,
I was diagnosusef with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, anyone else have history of dealing with this?

Feeling better today. Bumped up my prednisone, had a good cry, and feel much better. Sorry about the breast cancer. My best advice is to go to a good teaching hospital for treatment if that is possible. There is a book by Dr Susan Love on breast cancer. It is a good place to start. She was the expert on it...i remember. BUT i hope you see the person who wrote about skin cancer also...sadly we still get sick like other people.
I really hope that they caught it soon so you just will have rough year but okay after that except for lupus..bad enough on it's own. I am glad someone else has gone through it with lupus who can help. I agree about teaching hospitals tend to be on cutting edges.
I am so sorry...you and others do not deserve both to happen..i call the American Cancer Society too and talk to one their reps who can help with anything and everything you might need to know. They are extremely well funded and very very helpful for those with all kinds of cancer.
