I don't post often. I will see my doctor to interpret this, but in the mean time, since I have yet to set an appointment with my rheumy for this, does anyone know what these figures mean? I know the positive ones are bad. But how bad? I couldn't sleep.

Don’t freak. Dr just testing to see which autoimmune disease you may have. They r tests for different antibodies. From the tests you may have sclerosis. It is also possible for lupus or sjogrens. He did a good job ordering the right tests and will let the dr figure out what’s the real diagnosis. C3 is a protein in the blood and can be high for arthritis. All the tests are just part of the puzzle together with your typical labs like CBC and metabolic panel not listed. Basically you can assume for sure you have an autoimmune disease. The good news is you will get a diagnosis and feel so much better when you are on the right medication for it!
A high C3 complement generally means there is inflammation present. I agree with Lupie's assessment. Please don't worry too much. Getting a diagnosis is SO much better than floating in diagnostic limbo for years as many people do. Good luck!

I already know I have SLE. I was diagnosed last 2012. My doctor asks me to take ANA every year. I guess because of my desire to be better if not completely healed (I know there’s no known meds to cure SLE yet), I was hoping that I will get better results every year. This is the first time my ANA profile was this detailed. I panicked seeing those figures and seeing so many “positives”. By the way, I also have lupus nephritis. I guess that’s also where the inflammation is from. I googled what a positive SSA and SSB are. Does it have to do with photosensitivity?
Thank you, Lupie and Joann for expounding on these figures. I appreciate it.

Ok well there’s a start. Every year we should check to make sure we don’t have other autoimmune diseases also. Sometimes we can have a few diseases develop when we have one to start. Those are tests making sure you don’t have any other autoimmune diseases. Also they should be done every year. I miss the days when my dr ran $2500 in lab work once a yr to keep me healthy. Lost insurance, lost the tests. Hopefully I can do it again with the new healthcare plans.
Having a positive doesn't necessarily mean that your illness has worsened we can have positive antibodies when we are doing well also Other labs that show how your body systems are functioning complete the picture and give the doctor information on how you are really doing
I wish you well, Lupie. I hope and pray you get the insurance you need to have all the lab tests done.

Thank you, Ann. I think I came across this site too while searching for some answers.
