The weather around me has been MISERABLE the last 3 days - rainy, overcast and causing me severe pain. Just having a day to day where everyone's "crabbing" about life around me is getting on my last nerve. I feel like saying "Yah, having the sniffles is just HORRIBLE! Try not being able to walk after 7pm!!!!" BUT, I'm not that kind of person, having those sniffles probably IS making them feel miserable.
Just having a day today where I loathe the word Lupus. I loathe the word inflammation. I loathe the word pain. And honestly, right now I am sort of loathing myself. I do NOT like to be that person who feels sorry for themselves - so the fact that I am feeling that way right now is making me angry.
i had one of those days too and am still a little irritable with my poor dogs. but things are beginning to look up...either that or i am just used to seeing things upside down idk
anyway, i hope your day gets better. i wrote a blog once about how i can have a life threatening illness and be fine but with a cold--forget it--im doomed. so i know how it feels to feel like it is the worst possible day that will never end except in a "sinking sucking eddy of despair"
I am having one of those days too. The rain is heavy and I am currently going through a flare, so I am not feeling well... at all. Then I have a burn that is taking longer to heal than normal, so I am worried none the less.
At least there is an online community that can commiserate with me and this new diagnosis.
I had a feeling sorry for myself day. I hate feeling like this too, depending on others and I will say at times I feel a little resentful. Feel better soon!
