I am trying something new!!! Got a juicer and tons of fruits and veggies!! I am also cutting gluten out of my diet and going to try and eat meats such as turkey and chicken only. I am always in pain and always tiered from the lupus. I am willing to try almost anything to at least get some energy. I will keep y’all posted and let you know if it helps!!
Windy? Take a look at infoon avoiding nightshade veggies, it is helping me with inflammation. There is a long list but the most common are potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant. sweet potoes are alright though, and good helping keep your blood sugar on a more even keel. sorry for typos , muscle spasms rough lsst 2 days. I do better on protein not sourced from anyone using hormones, etc for their animals.
