I think of all the symptoms the itching is the one that bothers me the most. I power through the pain, and I power through the random new symptoms that show up daily… Like the bruising that randomly shows up and the blisters in my mouth and nose, but the itching makes me crazy. It will bring me to tears as soon as it starts because it has a mind of its on. Somedays it responds well to the Meds I take for it. Other times it just seems to worsen.

As I was reading the e-mail I was scratching. The itch on my scalp is the newest place to itch I had the terrible mouth sores but those are GONE since I started on Plaquenil a year ago. I am not in any pain and the only thing worse than he itch and the cold fingers is the fatigue. I'm lucky.

Thanks for the response Cindy. My itch centers in my hands and feet but I do also have it in my scalp at times. I try very hard not to scratch at it because that will just bring on a new trouble of sores and whatnot. Lol! But… There are time I can’t help but scratch. I was asked to speak in front of a college class of about 200 student, an the itch set in. By the time my speech was done I had the entire classroom infected with an invisible itch! Lol!
