Hey everyone! I’m kinda excited. I have been carrying around this bulky notebook to keep a journal of symptoms to show my doctor. It’s just been an extra thing I have has to carry with me and looks kinda tacky.
Well, I decided to search the app market for my phone (iPhone) to see if there were any free apps that I could use instead of the notebook since I always have my phone and it doesn’t look tacky or draw attention to me. I found quite a few pay apps and 1 free app. I downloaded it and am amazed how perfectly it fits what I was looking for.
This app lets you record symptoms, the severity, and the level of impact it had on you. You can input your medications, doctor appointments, readings such as blood pressure or pulse, and many other events. You can then run a report ranging from “today” to “all”. I think I’m in love with this app! It’s going to makeup life so much easier and give me a clear report to bring to my doctor!
Now I guess I should include the name of the app…“Health Trace Lite” (there is a paid version, not sure of the differences). It is available in the iPhone App Store abdomen sure that it is also available on Android, if not then something similar. I attached a screen shot of it in the iPhone App Store so you can make sure it’s the one I’m talking about.
Just figured I would share about it in case anyone else has been searching for something like it.

Jason,
Thanks so much for sharing this with everyone, this is cool! I just got a new android phone, specifically to keep my calendar and its a larger screen so I can SEE it lol. The timing of your post is incredible, as I just sat down at my desk getting ready to get my medical folder to take to my doctor's appointment today : ) I woke up a couple of times during the night and thought about what I need to gather this morning. I will definitely check this out, thanks again for posting this!

Does anyone else have trouble with a touch screen because of raynauld's????? Ok, I'm 50 and the guy at the store just added my email and password on my phone for me, because I couldn't do it myself. I have a stylus, because I have the same trouble with my notebook.
