I woke up today to beautiful weather and no pain! I actually remained pain free all day without having to max out on pain Meds. My children were overjoyed; we actually were able to have a normal day. We played football, went for a walk, and was energetic enough to wrap the day up with housework and cooked a full meal! It felt good not to be confined to my couch and be able to go out and live without worrying about Meds, pain, and or my medical issues. I pray tomorrow is filled with fun and not pain…
