No I haven’t how’s your supposed to work
Yes I tried it for six months I was required according to my blood type to eat high protein and mostly animal protein and minimal carbs . I couldnt manage it as I need good healthy whole food carbs as I become so tired and fatigued in a day even with only managing basic priority things and a lot Of support at Home. The blood group diet for my type made me even more lower in energy With so little carbs for energy fuel and my digestive system is very weak and not suited to animal protein
But we all need to try what we can ( that is not harmful ) for finding The road to manage each individuals situation

Never even heard of this but as I am a vegan I don’t think it would apply. My digestive system can no longer handle animal fats so I get protein where I cab. Try anything so long as it is not harmful to you.
Hello , well it's not so much as a diet , the early year's of LUPUS , my doctor suggested for me to add more Cod fish into my meals and sure enough after 3-6mths., i was able to do more thing's without heavy pains , and my mobility was /still is good and the enegry level last longer .....Beverly L.
