Best advice for new year?

if seeing doctor or urgent care or ER have someone with you. loved one or friend. can advocate for you when unable to speak or being treated like you are less than human..

live well, laugh much, love greatly.

your turn to share advice.

Take a little time out of each day to do something just for yourself.

if you go into the hospital, i also think having an advocate is great if it is even possible for part of the day...or while speaking with your doctor.

I say not to be afraid to enjoy life and try things that you because you have a illness and might get sick..you do not do things you otherwise would...go out and try to do them!!

Research and be knowledgable about lupus so you can advocate for yourself and not at the mercy of some docs. Also, nourish body well with clean eating and light exercise for your fitness level. And… Laugh about everything!
