As a new SLE patient, I read "The Lupus Book: A Guide for Patients and Their Families" by Daniel Wallace

Greeting to everyone, the very beginning of my diagnose of the SLE, I kind of denied it. Then I realize then the sooner I accept the fact and have myself adapted to it, the better chance I get to have it controlled. There is a good book with nontechnical explanation about SLE, you will find dos and donts, how to manage, what to expect about SLE in it although it's still limited in customizing many cases of how to handle personal life. I found that on the website of the rheumatology at Johns Hopkins. I benefit out of it last winter. I am here to share with everyone.

Hope everyone feels good tomorrow.

Thanks for the recommendation, little q!
