Hello!
I’m from Scottsdale az!! I am currently in Mt!! I agree that the sun can send us into flares like no other! I’m just learning this as we speak!! But I have to say the cold hurts me soooooo bad :frowning: I’m considering moving back to Az!
What does that climate do to you? I’m wondering if maybe that’s not the right place for me? Drs have recommended to me that a warmer climate is what I need?!

Thanks for the responce.I dont feel so alone now.I do much better in the cold than the heat.How long have you been away from scottsdale?I know it takes time to adjust also altitude issues i can imagine,depending on where in MT you are.

Hi I grew up in Ohio and lived there for 37 yrs bfore moving to Texas in 2004. Never had a problem that I know of while living in Ohio. After moving to Texas I got sick in 2009 and was diagnosed in 2010 with SLE. I actually had one Dr. tell me that Texas and surrounding states were the worst place for someone to live that has lupus due to the strong sun. So have considered moving back to Ohio, but like Suzanne the cold makes me hurt so bad and it's like I go into total hibernation and unable to function or do anything!! So I'm at a loss on what to do next.

Teejay..Thank you for the reply.I totally understand i live in arizona.I wouldnt think texas was so hot..Its hard when our health sometimes has to move us around.I appreciate your sharing with me. Hugs ***

Your welcome mate as i can understand you wanting to move as heat gets unbearable....come to the UK as it's forgotten what summer is all about. LOL
