I am hopeful someone knows of a really good rheumy in upstate SC, one who would be open minded to using complementary practices and nutrition too would be ideal. (multiple health issues) I am unable to travel to Charlotte or Atlanta to get care. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

Terri, this week has been a challenge, and with my husband around all last week so we could enjoy each other for our anniversary, I didn't get calls made. I plan to start tomorrow (Tuesday)morning. Hoping my laryngitis stays at bay! hugs to you too!
