Anyone been diagnosed with heart problems , specifically , small vessel disease as a manisfestation of Lupus ?

I've never been diagnosed with "Small vessel Disease" but it comes with Lupus bsides other causes...i have had my blood tested for my artries which are furring up, as it's all to do with the heart.

Small vessel disease, also known as coronary microvascular disease or small vessel heart disease, is a condition in which the small arteries in the heart become narrowed. Small vessel disease causes signs and symptoms of heart disease, such as chest pain (angina). Small vessel disease is usually diagnosed after a doctor checks for blockages in the main arteries of the heart that cause coronary artery disease, but finds little or no narrowing in the large vessels even though your symptoms persist.
Although anyone can have small vessel disease, it's more common in women and in people who have diabetes. Small vessel disease is treatable, but can be difficult to detect.

Thanks so much for the info.. I have spent the last 3 days in the hospital due to continued /periodic chest pains, dizziness, left jaw and ear pain.. Yet another issue, but I am going to remain positive.

Sorry for my spelling mistakes so please excuse them.
Are you out of hospital now or still in there?...have they checked you blood for anaemia or Antiphospholip syndrome known as Huges syndrome which can cause clots all this and more can be involved with small vessel disease plus i have both above.

Regarding your jaw and ear Lupus can cause these issues with inflammation and also can TMJ Disease where you need an ENT Doctor to diagnose this as i have it and Lupus causes this as well besides ear pain and Tnnitus where the ear is concerned but a specialist who deals with TMJ Disease can cover these factor's for you.

I am home and preparing for my sisters wedding. This weekend and praying that I feel well enough to enjoy myself. I have sjogrens and APS, too not on blood thinners as I have never had a blood clot. I just underwent elvt for venous insufficeny in my legs. I try so hard not whine, but I am tired, scared and .... thanks so much for listening.

Oh i am pleased your at home but take it steady preparing for the wedding as some things can be to much, pace yourself steady as you know...well i'm 
for you that all goes well and you can come away with an happy ocassion on your hands.
You may not have add a blood clot but you should still be on at least Baby asprin 75mg daily as it helps kee the blood in order better so i would really ask about it.
